REFUNDS
Services are non-refundable. Please do not hesitate to let
our front desk or an on-site manager know of any
concerns. We're here to help! If for any reason you are
unsatisfied with your service, we will be more than happy
to fix it for vou.
As soon as you have walked out the salon door, we
consider that you have accepted and are happy with the
service provided to your nails.
GUARANTEE
If your gel/dip/acrylic/gel × extensions full set chips
within ten days of your service, call and make an
appointment to have it touched up at no cost. Please
call during the ten days. No exceptions.
PARTIES
We can host large parties such as birthday parties, bridal
parties, bachelorette parties, girls' day out, or any other special
occasion. A 48-hour notice and $30 deposit are required to
be able to accommodate your party of 3 or more people.
RESERVATIONS
If you show up more than 10 minutes late to your
appointment, we will consider you a walk-in and give you
the next available slot
PERSONAL ITEMS
Bliss Nail Lounge is not responsible for personal items
that have been damaged or lost at our salon. Please
be extra careful when handling polishes
GRATUITIES:
Unfortunately, we are unable to add gratuities for
technicians to credit, debit, gift cards, or e-gift. We do,
however, accept gratuities through Venmo, Cash App,
PayPal, or Zelle.
BLISS NAIL LOUNGE GIFT CARDS AND E-GIFT
Bliss Nail Lounge Gift Cards and E-Gift cannot be exchanged
for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused
balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are
transferable. Additionally, Bliss Nail Lounge is not responsible
for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or unauthorized card use.
Lastly, gift cards expire two years from the date of purchase.
